I am a retired Detective.
I am also a retired career Soldier (RA).
One of 4 generations of soldiers & Sailors (since WWI) to include my older sons. I also went to Military School in the 60's.
So I am quite disciplined in my work as well as my life.
I was born and raised on Staten Island NY.
I now live in New Jersey. I have had paranormal experiences since I was a little boy even before I knew what they were. Almost all of my experiences have been good. I have never felt scared by what I have experienced. Which is probably why I believe ghosts/spirits are harmless and aren't scary or here to interfere with us. I believe they have their own agenda and better things to do than mess with us.
Personally!... I am 53 years old. Married twice with 4 children. 2 grown sons (the rest of GhostBreakers) a 7 year old daughter and 3 year old son & 3 Grandchildren. I really enjoy investigating the paranormal. I especially find it very interesting, why people think they are being haunted. My military career took me to many palces and countries, which afforded me many paranormal experiences. I also enjoy meeting new people and hearing their ideas & stories. I do not think anyone is wrong and respect their opinions and beliefs even if they aren't the same as mine. I always keep in mind that if someone believes they have ghosts. Then at the very minimum, I have to believe they believe it!

GhostBreakers consists of present, former and retired Police Officers, with over 50 years of combined investigative experience and accredited investigative education that they are adapting to Paranormal Investigation.

If this then, proves insufficient, GhostBreakers can then set up a preliminary interview or contact another group for them.
It should also be noted that we ARE NOT Ghost Hunters. We are professional career investigators that are adapting our education, experience and skill towards the Paranormal. We investigate confirmed problems dealing with the Paranormal.
We also suggest that people contact several organizations and interview each to see which best suits their individual problem or needs. Wouldn't you do this if you were looking for a contractor to do work for you? This is no different.
In our professional lives we run across those who are less than honest every day. We also know that there are a lot of good, honest groups out there. We just suggest you do your homework as you would for anyone you would hire.
