I am a single mom of an 11 year old son. As I am not actively looking for a relationship, if one crosses my path, he would need to accept my son and treat him as if he were his own child. That is very important among other things listed in my profile. I need the type of person who is committed to marriage, home, and family as I am. I have a full time job as an Accounting Manager in Denver. Although, my true passion is learning about the paranormal. I also enjoy writing. I am working on something that I hope I can finish. I just need to stay focused.

When I need to re-charge I listen to new age music. Right now I am into music by Plumb. I truly appreciate all aspects of different types of music though.
I prefer more calm music. When I am hyper and full of energy I love to dance around my house to techno and dance music with my son. We have a blast. We roller skate to dance music and I love doing that. Talk about a good workout. Woza.

I don't watch too much T.V., but when I do I like to watch The Ghost Whisperer and The Medium. I watch various cooking shows and home improvement channels. I love old movies. One of my all time favorite old movies is Some Like It Hot.

Someone with a great sense of humor. I must have someone who is sharp and can enjoy the humorous side of life.
I also desire a partner who is able to hear and appreciate divergent viewpoints.
I am attracted to people who's energy level matches my own.
I love to be running & exploring new things and/or traveling. Other times I need to re-charge my energy with lots of rest and relaxation.
I am turned on by a man who enjoys people and is generous with his compassion, attention, sympathies and love.
I must have a partner who exhibits self-confidence. He needs to know and believe in himself throughout life's ups and downs.
Lastly, I want someone who is willing to share my interests and passions.

I like traveling, ghost-hunting, astrology, new- age music, reading, movies, fine dining, roller-skating, outdoors and camping. I am not afraid to take a risk and I see life as an adventure.

I have had paranormal experiences since I was a small child. I have done automated writing since I was young. In fact, I didn't know it had a name until I got older. I took a spiritual seminar with Lisa Williams and John Holland. I learn all I can about spirits vs. ghosts and I love to talk about how to effectively deal with both types.
I am not afraid of the experiences (usually). I am more curious than anything. I have gone on several paranormal investigations and I have held my own investigations with groups of people. I usually get asked to help cleanse homes of negative energy or negative implants etc..
I love to help people by teaching them tools of protection so they aren't so fearful of what they don't understand. Everyone has a personal journey.

I love romantic comedies or just comedies. I do enjoy dramatic movies but I hate horror flicks. I think I am just too much of a sensitive soul to handle the killing and bloodly crap.
I have seen movies like Saw and I hated every second of them. I like movies like The Lake House or Something About Mary. Yes, the girly stuff like that. I also loved the Others or anything about hauntings and ghosts.

I read various books. I read at least two books a month. Right now I am reading "10 Stupid Things Women Do To Mess Up Their Lives."

I have a long list of these but it's better to know up front right?
I can't stand someone who is overly interested in his physical appearance to the point of vanity.
People who base their happiness on me.
People who are constantly unhappy about thier life.
I don't tolerate lying.
Cannot deal with someone who can't manage his anger, who yells or bottles it up inside.
Don't like someone self-centered where the main topic of conversation is himself.
Do not like rude people, people who are belittling, impatient, or hateful to others.

As everyone has times of self-pitty, I can't stand somone who continually sees himself as a victim. Don't like people who are inclined to be rowdy, vulgar, or disrespectful when having fun. Don't appreciate men who constantly flirt with the opposite sex or engages in sex outside a committed relationship.
I will not get involved with someone who currently suffers from an addiction.
I am not a television junkie.
I don't like when someone is cheap or so tight-fisted as to be impractical.
Don't like obnoxiously cocky men.
Don't like extremely shy people who cannot open up and share thoughts and ideas with me.

Lastly for now, I don't like people who find fault with everyone and everything basically someone judgmental. The list could go on but these are the worst for me. Sorry if I scared anyone away. I am a woman who knows what she wants and I don't want any of the above. I divorced this seven years ago.
