Title: Grandpa saves my butt
Tags: Dead Grandpa saves my life
Blog Entry: Well I ended my last blog by promising to tell you all about the time my dead grand father saved my life so here it goes! When I was 16 I moved out of my parents house and in with my boyfriend. I wanted to keep going to school at the high school I had been at but our apartment was about 20 Miles away. So He got me a car and I drove to school down the high way every day. One day I was on my was home and this semi started coming over into my lane. I honked my horn and flashed my lights but he just did not see me. I had been trying to pass him he ran me off the road and into the gravel. Well any other person would have put the car in neutral and let the car come to a stop... NOT ME. I gunned it trying to get ahead of the semi. I was very young and had very little experience in high way driving. So as I was on the shoulder and in gravel I went into a skid. I went skidding in front of the truck and back into the gravel 3 times before the car stopped. About 3 people stopped one of them punching the trucker for being so careless. The other 2 were with me a young mother and a middle aged man. He asked me if I had spilled a bottle of High Karate after shave. I told him no. I did not even know what High Karate was They all said they did not know how I had kept the car under control. And to be honest with you neither do I. There was a point in one of the “loops” that I made where they thought I would become air born. I skid so hard in the gravel that by the time I got home my tires were flat because I had stones lodged between the tire and the rim. When I got home shaken and upset, I called my mom and I told her what had happened. “Mom I just almost died” “what happened now” ( I was quite the trouble maker when I was growing up) “I just got ran off the road by a semi” “are you ok” “yeah I'm shaken up but my friend is on his way with some tequila” “Amy!” “I am kinda stumped though. Some people stopped to see if I was ok and they were asking if there was High Karate after shave in the car. They said it smelt like I had spilled some” .....Silence.... “Amy did I ever tell you my daddy used to be a race car driver” “No? Why? did I inherit his wicked awesome driving skills?” “No Amy but he was never away from home without his high Karate” So He must have been there. That is the only solution to the puzzle. He must have stopped that car from flipping and or hitting that Semi. The text time I blog I will tell you all about my first investigation! You will all laugh as much as I do now.
