Hello there!
So, in order to write about my paranormal experiences, I thought I'd start at the beginning!
The first thing I remember happening in my life that was definately out of the ordinary happened when I was 5 years old. Interestingly, I've read that a lot of UFO abductees had a paranormal event in their lives at around about this age. At present, I don't know if this is related but I need to do more research.
So, when I was 5, I had this toy telephone. You know the type, orange plastic receiver on a little wooden body with plastic wheels on the bottom! An absolutely functionless toy. Long before the days of electronic kids toys. We're talking around 1979/1980 here. I'm playing with my telephone on the floor at my grandparents house where my Mum and I were living at the time. The bell on the phone rings, I pick up the receiver and say 'Hello', and there is a female voice on the other end! I know for sure this voice was coming from the handset and was not a trick or anything like that. I had a short conversation with this 'entity', but either I didn't quite understand what she said or she wasn't speaking English. I don't remember what was actually said at all. Shortly, my Mum called me to leave and go shopping so I said 'Goodbye' and hung up.
To my 5 year old mind, this was just a little odd but didn't scare me or trouble me in any way. It wasn't until later in life that I remembered it. I do wonder whether what was said was an important message for me and that I didn't understand it because it wan't meant for me as a child. Rather, it was intended to be recalled later in life. So now, I am considering regressive hypnosis to retrive the message that came from somewhere supernatural and waits for me somewhere in my memory.
I do have a strong feeling though that that phone call from another world opened a door in me to something else, as soon afterwards, more strange things began to happen. But I will tell more about those things another time. For now, has anyone else had a similar experience? I would love to hear your thoughts about this, my first paranormal experience.
