Legacy If I promised to make less of a fuss would you keep me? If I snuggled up next to you more to show my love would you see me as less of a burden? CREATING POLTERGEIST ENERGY
Category: Blogging Having energy thrashing about can be several things including self created imprinting. You add mental imbalance (depression & psychoses) to the mix and you have yourself a true problem on your hands. If you also have a lot of energy, psychic cords and thought patterns around this can cause havoc and must be cleared on a regular basis in order to maintain peace and harmony within a home. We sometimes tend to seek outward for comfort or solutions instead of focusing on within or we may not see the true depth of the problem that's causing all the trauma being experienced.. If you live in a constant state of "fantasy" or "delusion" you can be "open" to attracting self created energy through thought forms or even have spirit energies bombard you with their energy. The only way to clear Poltergeist energy (or spirit) is to totally disconnect from it in conjunction with seeking professional help so that you can better deal with personal (deep rooted) issues that caused this problem in the first place..When dealing with clients who have mental illness it's very difficult to fully help them if they don't have the mental state to help themselves (especially when the energy enters the living person).. You can shed light on an existing problem which usually has to do with energies being drawn to people and share as to why these energies came to them in the first place but it's up to the client to want to not only see the truth but to also want to deal with their own personal problems. You can clear their home on a regular basis of this energy but in the end the client must NOT attract it back or welcome it on some sub-conscious level. Once you "fix" the inside you can then clear the outside of negative energy.

SPIRIT ATTACHMENTS WHAT ARE ATTACHMENTS? Spirit attachments can attach to us at any time in our lives but the question one must first ask is why? While working with some of my gifted Medium students I witnessed several attachments with these people but the reasoning for them having these spirits with them wasn't always the same. It's not uncommon for Mediums to have energy around them on a pretty regular basis which is why I teach Psychic Protection & Shielding Methods to my students. If a Medium has unresolved issues not unlike anyone else they too need to first heal before they can help others. You will also find those who are not sensitive to energies can also attract atachments to them which could be the result of mental imbalance, addictions, depression, darkness and rage to ones personality and so on. Those with a high level of self esteem who have a strong sense of self love tend to ward off such energies from coming or staying with them unless someone in their environment or home has isssues. You might even hear someone say " I'm so blessed and happy all the time but my mate or friend has a dark cloud around them and it drags me down whenever I'm around them". If you happen to be sensitive to energy you will not only intuitively feel it but physically as well and if your Clairvoyant you will see the attachments on these people. HOW DO YOU GET RID OF ATTACHMENTS? You first need to connect with the person who has the attachment to find out why this has happened in the first place so they can heal then you work on removing that spirit for its own spiritual progression. These attachments will only connect to those who resonate with their own type of energy unless you're very gifted which in turn attracts all kinds of energies but the difference is you can easily block or send that energy away once you learn how (unless you have deep rooted issues). Having an "attachment" as a result of issues vs just being gifted and having energies attach so they can communicate is a different story all together and it takes a great deal of work not only with the host but the attachment in order to seperate them. When it finally happens for all involved an emptiness or hollowness is usually described as being the experience that follows coupled with mourning and a feeling of loss. RED FLAGS FOR HAVING AN ATTACHMENT? You hear voices (or have thoughts that don't belong to you) along with feeling energy when this happens or you start taking up bad habits that never existed before. You might even find your personality has changed. Your energy level is very low most of the time and you experience ongoing headaches. You have bouts of depression and thoughts of suicide or you might find yourself having fits of rage for no apparent reason all the direct result of the energy(s) feeding off of your energy. Does your eye color change at times or when you put your hands together your index & middle finger are significantly different in size from the other hand when placed together?
